Authentication ​

Deepdesk supports two kinds of authentication methods by which an agent can authenticate with Deepdesk:

1. SSO / OAuth
2. Magic link

SSO ​

SSO is the recommended way to authenticate agents with a Deepdesk account. If your platform supports SSO, please create an OAuth 2.0 client and provide us with the following details:

• OAuth Client ID
• OAuth Client Secret
• OAuth Authorization URL
• OAuth Token URL

Magic link ​

Agents can also login by requesting an email with a login link AKA a 'magic link'. The first time the request has to be approved by someone who has permission to do so.
